A unique machine, of which there are only 5 in the world, bit the visor of the “Bulgarian Army” stadium. Two of them are in Germany and one each in Australia and Canada, explained the company “Roster”, which deals with the demolition of the facility. It can work at a height of 32 meters.
The work is progressing quite seriously, but the company believes that they will meet the deadline of 3 months. Everything is being done more slowly to protect the trees around the stadium.
Demolition costs much less than for much simpler objects, noted Daniel Dimov, who represents the state in “Bulgarian Army Properties”.
The amount is 1.1 million without VAT. A contract for 3.5 million has been signed for two measly buildings on the site of the future children’s hospital. “Roster” offered a much smaller amount, but chose another.
At the same time, the choice of a builder is nearing completion. According to Dimov, there is no fear that the object will be forgotten. “Everything is irreversible and there will be a brand new stadium here. One that hasn’t been built in 40 years,” noted Dimov. Things have been agreed with UEFA to acquire the indomitable stars.
Sectors “B” and “D” are already almost completed. Now they are working on “A”, and finally “B” and the lighting pylons will be started.
