South film actress Priyamani worked with Shahrukh Khan for the first time in the film ‘Chennai Express’, and after that she was seen with him in ‘Jawaan’. There was a gap of 10 years between the release of these two films. However, Priyamani had not met Shahrukh Khan even once for so many years. But the actress is surprised that Shahrukh has not changed at all in all these years. Priyamani was further surprised when Shahrukh sent a car full of bodyguards to drop her and other girls to the hotel during the shooting of ‘Jawaan’. The actress has now shared and praised the experience of working with Shah Rukh in an interview. In an interview given to ‘Galaata Plus’, Priyamani narrated the story of meeting Shah Rukh Khan on the sets of ‘Jawaan’. Priyamani told that when Shahrukh called her and other girls working in the film to meet, they welcomed her warmly. Shahrukh also hugged Priyamani and kissed her on the forehead.

That meeting on the set of ‘Jawaan’, Shahrukh called to meet
Priyamani told, ‘I met him on the sets of ‘Jawaan’. We first shot the train sequence and then the metro sequence. So when we were shooting in Film City, we got a call at around 7 o’clock. We were shooting from 6 pm to 6 am. I think Shahrukh likes shooting at night. Atlee sir also does the same.

Priyamani further told that when she reached the set of ‘Javaan’ on the first day, she and other girls were told that sir wants to meet you, so reach the set. Priyamani said, ‘We thought it was Atlee sir, but in his place it was Shahrukh Khan and we were surprised.’ Priyamani told that first of all she greeted Shahrukh and in return the actor hugged her and then kissed her on the forehead. After this, Shahrukh told those girls, ‘Thank you very much for doing the film.’

Priyamani told that there was no limit to her happiness after getting such a response from a big star like Shahrukh. She said, ‘What else do you want?’ I mean when he (Shahrukh Khan) said thank you very much. I am very happy that you guys are a part of the film, so I said sir, anything for you.
On Eid, Shahrukh Khan showed the sight of thousands of fans standing outside, the crowd screamed after seeing the first glimpse.

Priyamani then narrated another anecdote of Shahrukh, when he had sent a carload of bodyguards for her safety. He told, ‘It was Atlee sir’s birthday in Chennai, so we all were there for the birthday party. This would be around three or four in the morning. We girls were going back to the hotel. He (Shah Rukh Khan) came and saw us off separately. He came to the car and sent a car full of bodyguards between us to the hotel. When we said that you guys should go, he said no, Sir (Shah Rukh) has given special instructions. We have to drop you off.’
