Hard work is necessary along with smart work.
While talking to ANI, Aditya said that this civil service exam is very difficult. To fight this, not only smart work is necessary but also hard work is also required. He told that I had not expected 1st rank at all. I was just praying to God to come in the top 70. So that I can become a part of the Indian Administrative Service.
It is important to balance the preparation
Let us tell you that Aditya Srivastava started preparing for civil services in 2017. When the result of Civil Services Examination 2023 came, he joined IPS. IPS with 236 rank in 2022 and currently undergoing training in National Police. Aditya has also obtained degrees from top institutes of the country like IIT Kanpur. From here he studied double B.Tech and M.Tech. Passed class 12th from CMS Lucknow with 95%. He spent 15 months working at Goldman Sachs. According to Aditya, it is also very important to create a balance between your studies. It prepares us for what lies ahead.
Is it necessary to be an all-rounder for entry?
Many people believe that for entry into civil services, it is necessary for a candidate to be an all-rounder. However, it is true that just by studying one becomes bored and lethargic. This gives very limited opportunities in life. Aditya’s father says that Aditya was interested in cricket and music. However, he had stopped all this before the exam. Therefore, during the examination, focus your attention only on studies and do not get distracted by any kind of hobby.
Aditya said that he wants to work at the ground level and his aim is to level up the system. During the interview, Aditya told that he will work on improving the health and education system.
