How much longer are we going to have fun with the recent atrocities of Tamil Nadu fishermen and the atrocities of the Sri Lankan government seizing and auctioning boats to destroy their livelihoods?
It is reprehensible for the central and state governments to simply write letters and think the duty is over. The 12 Rameswaram fishermen who were captured by the Sri Lankan Navy while fishing near Dhanushkodi should be released immediately and appropriate action should be taken to prevent this tragedy from continuing, ”it said.
