At the end of 2021, Motorola announced Moto Edge X30, a new high-end smartphone with several unusual features, for the Chinese market. The product has never seen the light outside of China, but now some official images show for the first time its international version, which in all likelihood will be called Motorola Edge 30 Pro. First of all, the new smartphone is compatible with a stylus, just like the very recent Galaxy S22 Ultra unveiled this week by Samsung. The addition of the stylus is exclusive to the western version of the product.
There are three rear cameras, and the display is 6.7 inches large. The processor is the brand new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, now the standard for premium phones. Edge 30 Pro will ship with 8 or 12GB of RAM, and 128 or 256GB of internal storage. It will be presented as the full-fledged successor to Motorola Edge 20 and its variants, and will serve to revive Motorola phones in the Western market with a stylish and unusual product. In the photos you can also see a new wallet case that activates an interesting column of quick notifications visible on the display even with the cover closed.
