Joko and Klaas have come up with a complete day of programming for ProSieben. The entertainers are celebrated for this on social networks.
Joko and Klaas also walked through the federal capital at night, came into contact with some night owls and took photos in a street vending machine with money they begged for. The night was characterized by repeats of old programs – without the two presenters, who were sleeping in the meantime. Among other things, scenes from the show “Circus HalliGalli” could be seen. Also part of “He who sleeps, loses!” was broadcast. A “My Best Friend” episode ran backwards in the morning hours.
Takeover of Sat.1 studio
After two episodes of the cult show “The Simpsons,” they personally took over the program again in the morning. First there was a morning jog and a short interruption of the live program with legendary talk show moments from the 1990s.
Afterwards we continued with the show “Breakfast with Joko & Klaas”. To do this, they took over the studio of “Sat.1 breakfast television” – and at the same time the entire station. After a short lunch break during which webcam images were broadcast from the Namibia desert, there were highlights from their previous section “Endure: Don’t Laugh”, in which the entertainers try to make each other laugh.
Almost entirely positive reactions
The special day on the private broadcaster attracts many viewers to the screens. This is also evident on platform A user writes there: “Imagine studying something with media for years and trying to invent crazy TV formats and then Joko and Klaas come along, eat fried eggs on two channels at the same time and make the best program ever.” Another would like to have more program days with the two of them: “If Joko and Klaas can’t take over the station for 24 hours every month, that would be so incredibly fun.”
A fan thinks that ProSieben has the “biggest present-day entertainers in Germany under contract.” “To do this, you first have to be able to fill 24 hours with Joko and Klaas in such a way that the audience never stops laughing!” Another post says: “Thank you Joko Klaas for this absolute premium entertainment today. You really manage to outdo yourself time and time again… Chapeau!”
But it’s not just Joko and Klaas who are inspiring, another person also becomes a topic of conversation on X: Thomas Schmitt. The entertainer’s colleague, who has already appeared in previous formats, appears on “Sat.1 breakfast television” – after Joko and Klaas threatened him on the phone that either he would come to their house or they would come to his house. But Thomas Schmitt didn’t seem to really enjoy being in front of the camera and mostly disappeared into the background at his desk.
“Schmitti, blink twice if we have to get you out of there,” jokes one user. “Schmitti, who just sits in the background and doesn’t know whether to look skeptical or desperate, is everything I need in life,” says a second user amused. A third comment says: “It was all worth it for Schmitti alone.”
However, there are also a few slightly critical voices. A user writes: “‘Endure: Don’t laugh’ is great, but I’m looking forward to the completely new things today and also the things that Joko and Klaas are doing live.” Another person also notes that the “warmed up” formats don’t really convince them.
