The mayor of AmsterdamFemke Halsema considers that regulating the use of hard drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy would be the only means of fighting drug trafficking and its “disastrous” effects on the youth of the capital of the Netherlands.
“We could imagine that cocaine could be obtained in pharmacies or through the medical system,” said the mayor, Femke Halsemain an interview with AFP.
