After Spain at the end of January, the 2024 tour to promote the Morocco destination to foreign investors and contractors continues in Germany, targeting several stages including Berlin, Wolfsburg, Hanover and Munich.

Organized by the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development, in partnership with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Germany, this Roadshow aims to promote investment opportunities in Morocco in sectors such as automobiles, pharmaceutical industry, aeronautics and even renewable energies and is part of an approach to strengthen the promotion of the “Morocco Now” brand among priority markets.

This roadshow takes place in a particular context, with the launch of the Morocco Offer for the development of the Green Hydrogen sector following the High Directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, as well as with the concretization of several strategic investment agreements in the electric battery sector aimed at the emergence of a national green automotive ecosystem, which could be consolidated with leading German operators.

The tour thus includes meetings with German decision-makers, investors and institutions, particularly in these two areas, visits to industrial sites, participation in the famous Hanover Fair, a major event where Morocco will exhibit its assets and investment opportunities in professions of the future as well as a “Morocco Now” conference in Munich on April 24, organized under the theme “Creating synergies for sustainable partnerships”.

The delegation chaired by Mohcine Jazouli is composed in particular of the Ambassador of Morocco to the Federal Republic in Germany, Zohour Alaoui, the general director of AMDIE, Ali Seddiki and the Vice-President General of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM), Mehdi Tazi.
