At the Olympics in Beijing, the quarterfinals of the skaters in the team pursuit took place.
The Russian national team was represented by Ruslan Zakharov, Sergey Trofimov and Daniil Aldoshkin. Our athletes advanced to the semi-finals with the third time (3:38.67).
The Norwegians were selected with the best result (3:37.47), the Americans – the second (3:37.51), the Netherlands – the fourth (3:38.90).
In the struggle for the main final, the Russians will run together with the Americans. The race of this stage of the competition will take place on February 15 at 09:52 Moscow time.
