(Photo: DISCLOSURE/SPORT) Sport made official this Saturday (20) the signing of midfielder Luciano, who played in the last Minas Gerais Championship for Athletic. At just 21 years old, he signed a long contract with the lion, until 2027. The player was revealed in the youth categories of Red Bull Bragantino, where he competed in the Paulistão and Brasileirão for the Under-17 and Under-20 categories, always with a role prominent. Loaned to the Minas Gerais team this year to make his professional debut, the midfielder played seven matches, three as a starter.
At the base of the São Paulo team, there were 20 games and four goals scored. In Sport, Luciano will have strong competition with experienced players, in addition to the promises of the Leonine youth category.
Today the team has seven athletes in the position. They are: the starters Felipe and Fabrício Domínguez, Fabinho, Fábio Matheus, Pedro Martins, Ítalo and Lucas André.
Regularized, Luciano is now available to coach Mariano Soso for the 2nd round of Series B, next Friday (26th), at 7pm, against Vila Nova, at Arena Pernambuco.
FOURTH REINFORCEMENT FOR SERIES B:
With Luciano’s arrival, Sport has four reinforcements aiming to compete in Series B of the Brasileirão. In addition to the midfielder, defender Chico (ex-Novorizontino), left-back Dalbert (ex-Internacional) and striker Vinícius Faria (ex-Cianorte) have already been announced.
