Within a few hours, Olympiacos celebrated another great success. This time thanks to the Youth U19 team who beat Nantes on penalties in the semi-final of the UEFA Youth League and go to the final of the competition!

The “babies” of Olympiakos made history again today in the context of the UEFA Youth League. After the big step they had taken by reaching the Final 4, today they made another qualification jump and… they left for the final of the event that will be held on Monday, in Nyon, Switzerland.

They played on the same pitch today and beat Nantes 3-1 on penalties, as the score was 0-0 in normal time. Bakuras, H. Kostoulas and Liatsikouras took the well-placed penalties for the red and whites, while Sina saved one of the three missed penalties by the French.

Shortly after 9:00 p.m., the Olympiacos learned his opponent in the final after the end of the match between Porto and Milan. The Italians won 3-4 on penalties, while they had earlier managed to equalize the score at 2-2 in the 3rd minute of stoppage time.

The grand final between Olympiacos and Milan will be held on Monday 22/4, at 7 pm, at the Center Sportif de Colovray in Nyon.
