Pankhuri had shared a video on her Instagram in which she has told about a home remedy and along with it she also shared that she has been suffering from postpartum depression for the last 9 months and she got a lot of relief by using this remedy daily. And now she is slowly coming out of this depression.
What is postpartum depression?
According to marchofdimes, postpartum depression is a medical condition that occurs in many women after giving birth to a child. This involves anxiety, feeling sad and prolonged fatigue. Because of these things, it becomes difficult for women to take care of themselves and their children. This can happen any time after delivery. Usually this problem occurs within 1 to 3 weeks of having a baby.

In the video shared by Pankhuri, she is making a magical drink. In this he has boiled cumin and celery in water and added cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and left it for some time. Pankhuri told that she consumes this water daily and it has benefited her a lot.

How can you fix it at home?
If you are suffering from postpartum depression or want to avoid it, then you should be active every day and take a walk or go to the gym for exercise. Eat nutritious food and include fruits, vegetables, whole grain bread and lean meat in your diet. Rest as much as you can and try to sleep well. Apart from this, do not consume alcohol.

To cure postpartum depression, you have to reduce your stress level. For this you should meditate, listen to melodious music, read books. Do not make any major changes in your routine immediately after delivery. If possible, keep your routine a little normal and do not let yourself get too tired.
