Like the special delegation from the rural commune of Kouriah, it is the turn of the special delegation from the urban commune of Coyah to be presented and installed this Monday, April 22, 2024 at the Coyah youth center and at the seat of the said municipality.
Fodé Morlaye Bangoura, until now chief protocol officer of the Prefect of Coyah, replaces Abou Soumah at the head of the urban commune of Coyah.
This activity is part of the establishment of new special delegations from the various municipalities in the country.
The president of the special delegation, for his part, affirmed to his collaborators and citizens of Coyah: “To the new management team of the commune, complicity, mutual respect and commitment to a job well done, must be the very foundation of our special delegation. It is only at this price that we can live up to expectations. »
Further on, he specifies: “to the wise men, the women of Coyah and the young dynamic braves of Coyah, the new special delegation requires its support from you because as the other says, a single foot does not trace a path and even less a single finger cannot pick up a piece of gravel from the ground. It is therefore the support of each and everyone that we ask for. »
Towards the president of the transition, Fodé Morlaye Bangoura underlined: “To His Excellency General Mamadi Doumbouya, President of the Republic, Head of State, Commander-in-Chief of the Guinean Armed Forces, we express our gratitude and our unshakeable desire to remain exclusively in the spirit of refoundation, as advocated in the CNRD guidelines.”
From now on, the new management team of the urban commune of Coyah will have the heavy responsibility of leading the destinies of the populations of the 19 neighborhoods and 55 sectors of the urban commune of Coyah.
