At the premiere of the book “Hyperconsciousness” by KK “Labor” in the National Library, psychologist Monika Balayan shared the results of preliminary research, which is still ongoing

If a picture of an eye is placed in a child’s room, he begins to subconsciously arrange it, convinced that he is being watched

Can we become hyperhumans by controlling brain waves and reprogramming the subconscious – this is the topic of the new book of KK “Labor” “Hyperconsciousness” by the authors Monika Balayan and Petya Minkova, which was premiered on April 25 at the National Library.

The event was attended by over 100 people, among whom were the publisher of Media Group Bulgaria Venelina Gocheva, the former Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski, the famous archaeologist Prof. Diana Gergova.

Journalist Petya Minkova explained that the topic attracted interest because she has an uncontrollable curiosity and was looking for how to keep the brain in top shape: “One day Monika and I talked and she mentioned that there are many geniuses with great brains who, however, have failed in key There are criminals with perfect brains, but with them they do not work for creation, but for destruction. That is when Monica explained that the subconscious is the base, and if we do not arrange the “programs” there, so that they work for the sake of good, the rest will not no sense”.

During the research, Petya Minkova saw how the brain can very quickly “fall asleep” and how since then she has not stopped working to maintain the gamma waves in their most effective mode.

Something that helps a lot when working with celebrities from all over the world, whom he interviews for “Kosmos” and “24 chasa”. In order to contact them and get their interest, he used to have to read their scientific publications for days before he could ask a few intriguing questions. Today, she devotes several hours to this purpose.

Monica Balayan showed the audience a technique in which anyone can quickly determine whether the subconscious mind supports their goals or will push them away from them. And if so, then what can be done to be in tune with them and avoid blockages at the subconscious level.

“When we started the research with the brain, we were in shock,” said Monica Balayan. In a video, she showed what happens to the brain of a woman who often gets angry.

“It enters delta-waves, that is, it almost does not work, and when it stops experiencing anger, the brain is activated again – explained psychologist Monica Balayan. – Every time we turn bad thoughts, negative scenarios in our heads, it stops. Delta -waves indicate that a person is in his own reality, that he has no communication with the outside world, that he is in his closed space and has no energy.”

After that, Monica Balayan demonstrated how with a specific patting on the whole head, gamma waves are activated in absolutely all the subjects. He also showed a study of a woman in whom they were completely absent, but when she experimented with the technique, they appeared.

The example of how the specific diaphragmatic laughter affects the gamma waves in both hemispheres was also very interesting.

Most curious to all was how mobile phones affect our brains. A video showed a boy surfing the device as if his brain seemed to shut down. The moment I put the machine down, the brain waves reappear.

“Today I only show results that are the same for everyone,” she clarified further, implying that she is currently conducting a study with specific techniques that, if done regularly, after 4-5 months can lead to a new, much better one brain work.

“As the publisher of this book, since KK “Trud” is part of the “24 Chasa” media group, I will say that I have never thought about why some people succeed and others do not, Venelina Gocheva noted to the audience at the National library. – In Bulgaria, those who fail usually blame those who succeed, not themselves. I will tell you how I succeed – as a person who has been engaged in journalism for 33 years, publishing books.

I succeed because I believe that what we do is worth it, because there are people like Petya Minkova, like the other colleagues – several generations of journalists. Soon the fifth appeared, which we manage to learn to respect paper and truth. Learning to write on paper is not like holding a microphone, you have to think.”

Venelina Gocheva believes that the book will be a huge success.

“Petya and Monika conducted a wonderful interview, the colleagues are very impressed, because this is a discovery, Petya discovers many new topics for the large audience of “24 Chasa” – she also pointed out. – The website of “24 Chasa” is in the top 3 of the -the big sites. Months ago I took a risk and put together “24 hours” and “168 hours”. It turned out that this is what the market expected and we raised the circulation on Wednesday. I did not know why I was so hesitant whether we will push away the readers of “24 hours” or those of “168 hours”. It turned out to be the opposite.” She also recalled how, thanks to Slavi Angelov and Petya Minkova, she saw that the magazine “Kosmos”, beloved by generations, has potential, and now she is sincerely glad that it is the most widely circulated.
