Dubai: The Gulf Food Fair, a global food gathering, kicks off in Dubai with a variety of mouth-watering flavors. The 27th edition of Gulffood has arrived in Dubai this year. The five-day Global Food Fair will conclude on February 17. The fair will be held in 21 halls at the Dubai World Trade Center. The food fair will discuss the challenges facing the world and the latest trends in the region.

Led by 70 eminent chefs from 50 restaurants, the fair will feature over a thousand delicious food items. Renowned chefs Antonio Basher, Anthony Dimitri, Tom Aikens, Nick Alwis, Emirati chef Khalid Al Saadi, Faisal Nasser and Syrian chef Mohammed Orfali will also be in attendance. About 4,000 companies from 120 countries are participating in the fair, organizers said. Conferences led by about 150 experts will also be held as part of the fair.

The highlight of Gulffood 2022 is that it brings together world’s food and beverage industry leaders, retail leaders, industry leaders, technologists, analysts, culinary media personalities and the next generation of companies under one umbrella.
