Addressing his co-religionists, Monsignor Vincent Coulibaly, Archbishop of Conakry expressed himself in these terms: “The creation of the Diocese in Boké and the appointment of its first Bishop is for all, the occasion of immense joy which can be seen on all faces. We owe this joy to our father Pope Benedict 16.”

For him, it is a difficult but exhilarating mission, one that requires all of you to remove sandals from dust-covered feet.
According to the Cardinal, the mission requires that the bishop be like the prophet Moses because the task of founding a diocese is a saving work, a mission to be assumed with great humility.
The main mission of a bishop, he recalls, is to exercise his teaching function in the church, to men of all races, all cultures and the organization of the mission of evangelization and religious .
And to specify that each bishop must know how to take into account the recommendations of Pope Benedict 16.
Monsignor Moses, challenges the Cardinal, “Love the word of God, be a model of righteousness, be with God but do not tolerate moral misconduct. May the word of God enlighten your life and your word! Be a wise and sober man in an attitude of prayer and contemplation!!! >>
For Cardinal Robert: “True prayer is a fight, a real struggle, a real face to face with God. »
Barely enthroned on his throne as the first Bishop of the Diocese of Boké, Monsignor Moïse Tinguiano solemnly committed to fulfilling his mission with fidelity, under the Authority of the successor of the stones, while promising to have a heart full of kindness towards men and holy peoples with the grace of God.
A commitment which leads Cardinal Robert Sarah to formulate prayers: “May God complete in you what he has started!!! “.
Note that with this erection of the Church of Boké in a Diocese, the Christian community of Kakandé is relieved by the VATICAN decision.
