Ms. Fettah speaks with World Bank Vice President for MENA Ferid Belhaj
Rabat – The Minister of Economy and Finance Nadia Fettah met, Monday in Rabat, with the Vice-President for the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa / Middle East and North Africa) at the World Bank , Ferid Belhaj, who is making a working visit to Morocco from February 18 to 21, 2024.
During this meeting, Ms. Fettah and Mr. Belhaj provided a positive assessment of the fruitful cooperative relations between Morocco and the World Bank group, characterized, in particular, by the quality of the reform and investment programs benefiting from the technical and financial support of the Bank and constant support for the economic and social development efforts undertaken by the Kingdom under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, reports the Ministry of Economy and Finance on its website .
This meeting was also an opportunity for Ms. Fettah to thank Mr. Belhaj, at the end of his duties as Vice-President for the MENA region at the World Bank, for his personal commitment and his continued efforts to strengthen relations. financial and institutional cooperation between Morocco and the World Bank, adds the same source.
