Sesi Bauru is champion of the 2023/2024 men’s volleyball Superliga. The team beat Vôlei Renata de Campinas 3-0 (25/16, 25/23 and 25/20), this Sunday morning (28), at the Geraldão gymnasium, in Recife.

The victory represented the conquest of the second championship for the team, which had already been champion in 2010/2011. Opposite Darlan was voted the best opposite player in the competition and also the best athlete in the championship. “I still haven’t been able to assimilate everything that happened this year. Now with the title, it’s time to celebrate”, said the athlete to Sesi’s press office.
In addition to the opposite, setter Thiaguinho, pointer Lukas Bergmann and libero Pureza were chosen as the best in their positions in the competition. Bergmann was the best in the final and Anderson Rodrigues, the best coach in the Superliga.
