The cabinet is a bit like an orphan – no political force recognizes it and all politicians say they have nothing to do with it. But this also has its advantages, because we, its members, have no political affiliation. This was said by the Acting Minister of Tourism Evtim Miloshev in the BTV program “Why, Mr. Minister”.
Regarding his own appointment to the post, Miloshev, who is a film and TV producer, said that it happened at the personal invitation of Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, whom he has known for years. He has invited him to head the ministry, telling him that he needs him.
“Employers in tourism have the obligation to create such a working environment for their staff from third countries, so that they stay here, and not use Bulgaria as a place from which to go to another EU country,” said the minister on the occasion of the won every week a change in the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria, which facilitates the entry of workers from third countries.
“It was a success of civil society. I have done nothing more than I thought should be done. I called many deputies, I convinced them,” Miloshev said.

Another problem, which the concessionaires and tenants have pointed out to him, concerns the new ordinance for water rescue, a shingle in the last days of the previous cabinet.
“This regulation has unrealistic requirements, and the industry wants it to come into force on January 1 next year, not now, because they started preparing for the season back in April, when the old regulation was in effect. Tomorrow I am meeting with the Minister of Health, Galya Kondeva, so that we can arrange at least the relations between the concessionaires that have begun to be completed according to the old order,” Miloshev said.
