Speaking on this occasion, the vice-president of the Ribat Al Fath Association for Sustainable Development, Mustapha El Jouhari, indicated that the publication “The Moroccan Transport Economy” constitutes an intellectual contribution to the field of transport and of logistics, which will promote the development of this sector and its opening to scientific research, noting that the intellectual production of Mr. Znati represents a major reference in this vital economic sector.

For his part, the researcher at the Institute of African Studies, Hassan Sadiki, highlighted the major importance of the work “My trip to the Soviet Union”, which presented perceptions, data and cultural practices, believing that the trip of the late Mohamed Ben Abdellah to the Soviet Union revealed creative and cultural capacities reflecting the specificity of modern Moroccan literature.

For his part, the researcher in Moroccan culture, Abdelilah Laghzaoui, presented a study and an approach around the work “Good governance”, shedding light on the importance of good governance as a lever for modernization and development. of public administration in various areas, taking into account the changes that society and the State have experienced in recent decades.

This cultural meeting was an opportunity to promote cultural openness to all sections of society and a space to publicize the association’s activities, particularly those cultural and intellectual.

Organized in partnership with the Department of Culture, the 5th edition of the “Cultural Florilège” Festival addresses important topics such as the promotion of citizen well-being, ethical behavior, environmental protection policies, programs of the fight against poverty and innovative initiatives for citizen participation, the objective being to underline the importance of these values ​​in the construction of an ideal city, even in the era of the smart city.

The program for this edition, which continues until December 25, is marked by conferences and round tables bringing together intellectuals, experts and specialists to explore the links between traditional moral values ​​and technological progress.
