Preparation:
- Place butter, vanilla sugar, demerara sugar and white sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk until a uniform cream is formed. Gradually add the eggs until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Mix together in a separate bowl flour, baking soda and salt and add to the mixture.
- Mix a little with a wooden spoon until lumps of dough form and no powder is left (be careful not to mix too much).
- Divide the dough into two parts, cover one part and place in the refrigerator. To the second part add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, stirring until the dough is completely colored. Cover and refrigerate. Refrigerate the dough for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the toppings you have chosen. If you are interested in cookies with a filling inside, pour coins of elite spreads on a flat surface and put them in the freezer.
- Form into balls (about 50 grams per ball is recommended) and add toppings you like.
- If you want to fill the cookie, make a deep hole in the ball, place the coins we froze in the previous step, close and roll.
- Lightly flatten the balls and put in the fridge for 40 minutes or in the freezer for 20 minutes (the balls should be really cold and hard).
- Arrange the balls on baking paper at large intervals.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees turbo for exactly 11 minutes.
