Lohia Worldspace Director Piyush Lohia said that the company will bring an ultra luxury project in Kirtinagar, Delhi. For this the company has also purchased six acres of land there. Out of this, after following the government norms, a residential project will be brought in an area of about two and a half acres. He claims that this project will have the same facilities and construction quality as American projects.

Piyush Lohia, director of this company, has studied from Arizona State University, America. During this time, he got the opportunity to live there for years in community housing and student housing. When he returned to India after studies, he did not see any project with such facilities here.
