On the stage of the Chamber and Organ Music Hall of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev in Baku, the “Chamber Music Evening” concert was held, Day.Az reports.
The Azerbaijan State String Quartet presented an excellent concert program to the audience.
The point that most listeners who attended the concert drew attention to was related to the renewal of the performing staff. The quartet included laureate of republican and international competitions Nazrin Aslanly (first violin), Honored Artists of Azerbaijan Soltan Mamedova (second violin), Vakhtang Imanov (viola) and Alexey Miltykh (cello).
The program featured string quartets by Joseph Haydn and Robert Schumann.
The concert was a great gift to fans and connoisseurs of classical music, making a great impression with a combination of masterful performance and inspiration.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan State String Quartet was created in 1998. His repertoire is rich in classical and modern works by Azerbaijani and foreign composers.
