(24News) Islamabad Police organized a 2-day joint workshop on road safety and careful driving at the railway headquarters in which awareness was given about road safety and careful driving.
On the special instructions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islam Police organized a 2-day road safety workshop at Pakistan Railway Headquarters Islamabad, in which more than 40 drivers and other staff participated, including road safety, careful driving. Awareness was provided about other traffic rules, Islamabad Police Education Wing informed the drivers and other staff about road safety, careful driving and dangers of listening to mobile phones while driving, use of seat belts, dangers of riding a motorcycle without a helmet, road use. Be aware of the rights of others, and provide awareness of the use of headbridges, use of zebra crossings, the dangers of speeding and other traffic laws.
On this occasion, SSP Traffic Muhammad Sarfraz Vark said that the education team of Islamabad Police is organizing awareness lectures on traffic rules and road safety for students and citizens in various public and private institutions and educational institutions of Islamabad. Apart from this, this team is also providing information about traffic rules to the citizens on different roads.
At the end of the ceremony, SSP Traffic Muhammad Sarfraz Wark also distributed certificates to the participants who completed the road safety workshop. On this occasion, the Railway Administration praised the initiative of Islamabad Police and said that the Education Wing of Islamabad Police has trained the drivers and others. Conducted a good workshop for the staff from which many things were learned, such workshops are very important, many things were not known to us, on this occasion the officer of the education wing instructed the participants to follow the traffic rules and drive carefully. He advised to ensure the safety of his life and that of others.
