jpnn.comSEMARANG – The Democratic Party’s support for the Gerindra Party has brought even more fresh air to the Chairman of the Central Java Gerindra DPD, Sudaryono, to run as a candidate for governor of Central Java.
Diponegoro University (Undip) political observer Fitriyah said that if these two parties formed a coalition, they would be able to meet the requirements to nominate a candidate for governor.
“In principle, he (the party) must have 20 percent of the seats to be able to carry it. So it seems possible. If 24 seats out of 120, a total of 20 percent is enough, that means it is enough,” said Fitriyah.
Fitriyah agrees that currently Sudaryono is one of the strong candidates in the Central Java gubernatorial election. Because, based on the LKPI survey, Sudaryono’s name is in second place after Hendrar Pirhadi.
The results of this survey are certainly a strong consideration. Because Sudaryono is a figure who has just entered the world of politics but his electability is high.
“If there are strong candidates, the parties tend to nominate strong people based on surveys, so they tend to form coalitions,” he said.
Fitriyah also believes that compared to other candidates, Sudaryono is clearer than other candidates to run in the 2023 Central Java gubernatorial election.
Like the names Bambang Wuryanto or Bambang Pacul and Hendrar Prihadi from PDI Perjuangan. Then the names of Central Java Regional Police Chief Ahmad Luthfi and Acting Central Java Governor Nana Sudjana are yet to be seen from which coalition they will come from.
“Now many names have emerged and Mr Daryono, he seems to be more fixed than the other (names) (to run for gubernatorial candidate),” he stressed.
