The IOC has allowed Iranian taekwondo star Kimia Alizadeh to compete for Bulgaria at the Paris Olympics. This became clear after the composition of the refugee team for the Games was announced, and she did not appear in it, but had won a quota.
The team includes 36 athletes from 11 countries, who already live in 16 others. They will compete in 12 sports.
