These figures were revealed during the 4th meeting of the provincial human development committee (CPDH) in INDH“>Sidi Ifni for the year 2023, held recently under the chairmanship of the governor of the province, Hassan Sadki.
These projects are distributed among the four programs of the third phase of the INDH.
As part of the program to improve income and economic inclusion of young people, 121 projects were financed with an envelope amounting to 19.494 million dirhams, 97 projects under the program to boost human capital for generations (47.123 million dirhams), 36 projects as part of the program to support people in precarious situations (17.433 million dirhams) and 10 projects for the program aimed at reducing the deficit in infrastructure and basic services in the under-equipped neighborhoods (7.917 million dirhams).
During this meeting, two projects were approved: The first concerns the equipment of Dar Taliba in the Ibdar commune for a total amount of 500,000 dirhams, including 300,000 dirhams as a contribution from the INDH as part of the reduction program deficit of infrastructure and basic services in under-equipped neighborhoods.
As for the second project, which is part of the income improvement and economic inclusion program for young people, it concerns a partnership agreement aimed at supporting artisans and craft cooperatives in the province for a budget of 350,000 dirhams, including a contribution of 100,000 dirhams from the INDH, 200,000 dirhams from the Sidi Ifni provincial council and 50,000 dirhams from the craft chamber.
The meeting also decided to cancel certain projects previously approved by the CPDH and whose promoters have not fulfilled their commitments and obligations.
