A GOL maintains service to all affected Customers with the expected facilities and reinforces that due to this situation, until 06/30, Customers who wish to reschedule their flights arriving or departing from the airports of Rio Grande do Sul – Porto Alegre, Caxias do Sul, Passo Fundo, Pelotas, Santo Ângelo and in Santa Catarina at Chapecó airport – they will be able to do so, with the possibility of leaving the value of the ticket on credit with the Company, without the need to pay the cancellation fee; and exemption from the rebooking fee for rebookings on Company flights.
