How to stew potatoes

To begin with, onions and carrots need to be cut, and then sautéed in vegetable oil immediately in a saucepan. Then you need to add meat to the vegetables. Everything should be fried over medium heat until the meat gives juice.

After that, the pan should be covered with a lid, and the fire should be reduced. In this state, the ingredients should be stewed for 15 minutes.

Then water must be added to the container so that the meat is completely covered with liquid. Beef or pork must be stewed until tender.
