The National Energy Control Center (PRICING) declared Emergency Operational Status in it National Interconnected System.

And although Cenace declared itself in a state of emergency in response to this situation at 5:04 p.m., it returned to its normal state at 5:52 p.m., that is, a duration of 48 minutes.
However, the measure would have been taken after at the 4:30 p.m. cutoff, the SIN will also enter an operational state of alert.
This after the agency will show that the maximum demand it reached was just at 5:00 p.m. with 48,472 megawatts, and a lower net generation, by 48,403 megawatts.
