At the time he announced the sale of shares, he had 6 crore 59 lakh 10 thousand 108 shares. He announced to sell the said amount of shares in the public market of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on April 1, 2023.
Walton Hi-Tech Industries listed on the stock market in 2020. The paid up capital of this company of ‘A’ category is 302 crores 92 lakhs 80 thousand taka. Accordingly, the total number of shares of the company is 30 crore 29 lakh 28 thousand 343. According to the information published on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website, as of April 30 of this year, 98.86 percent of the company’s entrepreneurial directors, 0.47 percent of institutional investors, 0.10 percent of foreign investors and 0.57 percent of general investors are in the hands of the company.
