Gunda Jayan is the 100th film of actor Saiju Kurup’s career. Directed by Arun Vaiga, the comedy entertainer is a sequel to the blockbuster hit Kurup, produced by young actor Dulquer Salman. Produced by Dulquer Salman under the banner of Wafere Films and Sebab Anikadu under the banner of My Dreams Entertainment, the film is written by Rajesh Verma.
Saiju Kurup along with Siju Wilson, Shabarish Verma, Johnny Antony, Sabumon, Sudheer Karamana, Jafar Idukki, Biju Sopanam, Vigilesh, Baiju Ezhupunna, Thattim Muttim fame Sagar Surya, Vrinda Menon, Nayana and Parvathy are the other important characters in the film. The film was shot by Eldo Isaac and edited by Kiran Das. The film is set to release on February 25.
