The chef Euda Morales celebrates another achievement in his culinary career with the adaptation of his book «Guatemalan flavors in Türkiye» to the braille system. With this news, the Guatemalan woman’s work joins the list of publications that make gastronomy more accessible for people with visual disabilities.
The news was shared by the chef herself through her social networks, where she commented that the publication was presented in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center. This center, part of the Honorable Committee for the Blind and Deaf of Guatemalaoffers specialized care to people with visual disabilities, helping them to develop comprehensively and enter the labor market.
The adaptation of the book to Braille will allow Guatemalans with visual disabilities to explore the world of Guatemalan gastronomy and learn about the recipes and preparation techniques of 10 traditional dishes.

With a degree in Journalism and postgraduate degrees in digital and gastronomic journalism, Euda Morales has contributed to the promotion of Chapin flavors abroad.
