The walk between the cadastral territories of Holešovice and Bubna is approximately four kilometers long and can be completed in one afternoon. The start is at the Port 7 office buildings, which were built by the Skanska company on the site of the former production area of the Wolf Prefa panel factory near the Prague – Holešovice railway station. The complex of seven buildings is to become a catalyst for the development of the area damaged by the great flood in 2002. It will offer offices, shops, services, restaurants and an almost two-hectare park along the Vltava.

The end of the route is symbolically in a place that also revives the urban environment, but with a much more limited budget. The building used today by the Fuchs2 music and community club dates from the 1930s. It was designed as a cafe for the future winter stadium by the architect Josef Fuchs, who would have celebrated his 130th birthday this year.

In 1931, when the stands around the ice were still being built, the first international ice hockey match took place on the ice rink. The Czechoslovak team played against Canada and seven thousand spectators watched the match. In the following years, a total of four world championships took place in Štvanice.

Destinations of the route: Port 7 – Bohemia Pavilion at the Prague Exhibition Center – Mama Shelter – Trade Fair Palace – former Elektrik podniky Praha (WPP) – Štvanice winter stadium restaurant (Fuchs2 club).

The Open House festival is in its tenth year in Prague. This year, the organizers also included buildings from architects who would celebrate the round birthday on the program. Icons from the already mentioned Josef Fuchs (130), as well as Oldřich Tyl (140) and Adolf Benš (140) will be open. In addition, from May 13, there will be an accompanying program in various places in Prague in the form of lectures, guided tours or a program for the little ones.
