The city of Los Cabos, in Baja California Sur, will be where, if it wins the elections, its national housing program will start, which would be part of the continuity project of the fourth transformation, announced the candidate of the “Let’s Keep Making History” coalition ( Morena, PT and PVEM) Claudia Sheinbaum.

At a press conference in that tourist city on the Baja California peninsula, the Morenista explained that her project aims to provide one million homes in six years.

“We are going to start the project in Los Cabos; “It is painful to see the big difference between large hotels that cost hundreds of dollars a night and at the same time people who do not have housing,” he said.

He explained that another project for that state is to guarantee access to drinking water, for which he referred to a national water plan that contemplates the modernization of the field, the review of the National Water Law and the responsible use of the resource.

“In access to drinking water we bring the national water plan that we are working on because we have experienced a drought for several years; There is a need for clean water and access to water for food production.

“So the next six-year term will be one of the central axes of the government, the attention to drinking water and not only is it with the construction of new supply sources, but it also has to do with efficient irrigation and also with the modification of the Law National Water Authority,” he announced.

In La Paz, the capital city of that state, he promised the construction of a dam that will help capture rainwater, so that it can be made drinkable for use in the city.

Sheinbaum suffers new lapse

In one of the rallies that the official candidate had, she again became confused and expressed that she has been fighting for a long time, “we are not going to reach the Presidency like President Andrés Manuel did out of personal ambition, we are going to achieve justice, We achieve well-being for the people of Mexico and that is why we are going to support Baja California Sur.”

At the end of the meeting she commented that they were correcting her and said that “of course I said that we did not come because of personal ambition, but rather that we came to transform our country. If there is something that has been understood differently, of course that is not the case. President López Obrador came to transform our homeland and we are also going to transform our nation.”

This is not the first time that Sheinbaum has made a mistake in the middle of his speech; at the start of his campaign in the capital’s Zócalo he also got confused and expressed that corruption would continue with his government, but he immediately corrected it.
