The impact of Corona 3rd wave is beginning to wane in the Maratha state, which has the highest corona impact in the country. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.
A further 2,748 people across the state were diagnosed with coronavirus today, according to a statement issued by the Maratha State Health Department today. This brings the total number of corona infections to 78,50,494.
Another 41 people have died today due to corona infection in the state. The death toll from the corona has since risen to 1,43,492.
In a single day in Maratha today, 5,806 people have recovered from corona infection and returned home. This brings the number of people recovering from corona infection to 76,75,578.
To date, 27,445 people in the state have been treated for corona, according to the state Department of Health.
