jpnn.comJAKARTA – The DPR will hear factions’ opinions concerning 4 modifications to the Draft Legislation proposed by the Legislative Physique (Baleg) this Tuesday (28/5).
The DPR held its 18th Plenary Assembly for Session Interval V for the 2023-2024 Session 12 months on the Parliament Advanced, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (28/5).
Deputy Speaker of the DPR, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, was the legislator who chaired the plenary session which began at 10.10 WIB.
In keeping with him, the DPR RI Plenary Assembly was attended by 290 of the whole 575 legislators, thereby reaching the quota for implementation.
“By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, please permit us as leaders of the council to open the 18th DPR RI Plenary Assembly for the fifth session of the 2023-2024 session 12 months and we declare that it’s open and open to the general public,” stated Dasco, opening the Plenary Assembly.
Baleg’s initiative proposes 4 rules, particularly the Invoice regarding the Third Modification to Legislation Quantity 6 of 2011 regarding Immigration and the Invoice regarding Amendments to Legislation Quantity 39 of 2008 regarding State Ministries.
Then, the Invoice regarding Amendments to Legislation Quantity 34 of 2004 regarding the Indonesian Nationwide Military (TNI) and the Invoice regarding the third Modification to Legislation Quantity 2 of 2002 regarding the Indonesian Nationwide Police (Polri). (ast/jpnn)
