The Lawyer Basic’s Workplace (FGR) reported on social networks that it achieved a conviction for 47 Mao Mao gang members, for a sequence of crimes that have been dedicated between 2020 and 2021 in several areas of the municipality of Soyapango in San Salvador. .

In line with the proof introduced within the conviction, the defendants are charged with the crimes of illicit teams, murder, extortion, drug trafficking and different crimes.

Among the many names of these convicted are:
– Horwin Jovany Ramírez sentenced to 219 years in jail
– Cristian Omar Ascencio with a sentence of 135 years
– Oscar Rolando Olivares with 119 in jail
– Marlon Antonio Lopez sentenced to 95 years in jail

With these sentences imposed by the Fifth Courtroom Towards Organized Crime of San Salvador, a complete of 285 instances have been resolved.
