/ The Iraqi Ministry of Finance determined, on Thursday, to create an “audit and inside management” division, which can be straight affiliated with the minister.
A authorities supply advised Company, “Some of the vital duties of the division is to comply with up on expenditures and funds spent in every division of the ministry, along with different oversight duties in every division, and complaints and studies of instances of corruption and suspicions.”
Company obtained a ministerial order signed by Finance Minister Tayf Sami, together with the creation of the division.
In line with the ministerial order, the division consists of 5 departments: (the Oversight Division, the Audit Division, the Complaints Division, the Reviews Division, and the Investigations Division).
The order signifies that “the audit and inside management departments within the formations affiliated with the Ministry can be linked to the Audit and Inner Management Division, and no worker could also be transferred, positioned, or held accountable besides with the approval of the director of the division.”
