OSCE records over 1,500 violations in Donbass

Employees of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission recorded more than 1,500 ceasefire violations on the territory of Donbas on February 18, including 1,400 explosions.

The previous report of the mission noted that 222 violations of the ceasefire regime were revealed in the Donetsk region, and 648 violations were recorded in the Luhansk region. The OSCE also confirmed the death of a civilian in the village of Maryinka, Donetsk region.

Recall against the backdrop of a sharp aggravation of the situation in the Donbass on February 18, the leaders of the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR announced the evacuation of the population to Russia. In Kiev, they say that an offensive operation is not planned.
