This Fesbul occasion goals to facilitate and develop a community of filmmakers in Indonesia, particularly within the Locus 5 area of Papua, West Papua, Southwest Papua, Central Papua, Mountain Papua, South Papua with assist from the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Artistic Financial system (Kemenparekraf).
