Actress of the Azerbaijan State Educational Russian Drama Theater, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Maria Dubovitskaya was among the many laureates of the worldwide youth award “Commonwealth of Debuts” for 2023, Day.Az studies with regards to the web site of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States.

The Worldwide Prize “Commonwealth of Debuts” was established by the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Impartial States in 2008.
