New Delhi: The stock market witnessed a tremendous boom in June. During this period, BSE Sensex and Nifty touched all-time high levels. There is a possibility of a boom in the stock market in July as well and with this, there has been a stir in the primary market as well. IPOs of three companies are opening in the first week of July. Of these, two issues are from the mainboard. Also, 11 IPOs are going to be listed. Experts say that in view of the political stability after the elections, the stock market is gaining momentum again. Taking advantage of this environment, more and more companies are turning to the primary market. Due to this, this movement is likely to intensify in the coming days. The IPOs of Emcure Pharma and Bansal Wire Industries will open for subscription on July 3 and bids can be placed on them till July 5. The size of Emcure Pharma’s IPO is Rs 1,952.03 crore. In this, 0.79 crore fresh shares worth Rs 800 crore will be issued while 1.14 crore shares will be sold through Offer for Sale. The size of Bansal Wire Industries’ IPO is Rs 745.00 crore. This is a completely fresh issue in which 2.91 crore shares will be issued. In the SME segment, Ambe Laboratories’ IPO will open on July 4 and bids can be made on it till July 8. Its size is Rs 44.68 crore. This is a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale.

Listing of 11 IPOs
Apart from this, 11 IPOs will also be listed next week. In the mainboard, the IPO of Allied Blenders & Distillers Limited will be listed on BSE and NSE on July 2. Similarly, the issue of Vraj Iron & Steel will be listed on July 3. Apart from this, nine SME IPOs will also be listed next week. These include Shivalic Power Control, Sylvan Plyboard (India) Ltd, Mason Infratech Limited and Visaman Global Sales Limited. Akiko Global Services Limited, Divine Power Energy Limited and Petro Carbon and Chemicals Limited will be listed on July 2. Similarly, Diensten Tech Limited will be listed on July 3 and Nephro Care India on July 5.
