In the fall, the musician and “The Voice of Germany” star confirmed his wife’s pregnancy. Now Nico Santos reveals: The baby is here.
In 2017, he had his big breakthrough with the single “Rooftop”, and since then Nico Santos has been an integral part of the German music world. In addition to his career as a singer and songwriter, the 31-year-old regularly appears in TV shows such as “The Voice of Germany” and “Sing meinen Song”.
On his Instagram account, Nico Santos keeps his more than 600,000 followers up to date with photos and videos about his professional projects. The musician, however, very rarely shares private information with his fans. He made an exception on a very special occasion when he published pictures of his wedding. In June 2022, he married his partner Aileen in a romantic ceremony in Mallorca.
About a year later, the singer confirmed his wife’s pregnancy on his profile – although not entirely voluntarily. The couple would have liked to keep the news to themselves for longer, but due to ongoing speculation, Nico Santos finally announced in October: “We are expecting a new addition to the family.”
The baby has now seen the light of day, as the 31-year-old told RTL in an interview. “So far everything is still very relaxed,” he revealed about everyday family life – and the nights spent together. “I have to be honest: Since I started a family, sleeping has actually been very, very good. You don’t want to say it out loud because it can change in an instant,” said the former “The Voice of Germany” coach.
Nico Santos kept further details about the offspring, such as the gender or the baby’s name, to himself. He has not yet shared the happy news with his fans on Instagram either.
