The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) filed a request against Catalino Miranda; José Braulio Miranda; Adalberto Antonio Miranda and Josué Adalberto Segovia who are accused of false documents and material forgery.
“The FGR presented a #FiscalRequest, before the Sixth Court of Peace of San Salvador, against: Catalino Miranda; José Braulio Miranda; Adalberto Antonio Miranda️ and Josué Adalberto Segovia,” the Prosecutor’s Office mentioned.
According to investigations, the defendants, in their capacity as partners in a transport cooperative, made a loan of more than one million dollars, in exchange for 78 buses and 2 properties as collateral.
“Some time later, they stopped paying the loan and falsified the mortgage cancellation deeds to release the assets in their favor. The FGR has requested that they all remain in provisional prison while the investigations continue,” the FGR indicated.
