Meeting of the Government Council on Thursday
Rabat – A government council will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, indicates a press release from the Department of the Head of Government.
At the start of its work, the Council will examine four draft decrees, the first of which amends the decree on the Kenitra Export Free Zone, while the second completes the decree relating to university establishments and residences, the press release states.
The third draft decree concerns the registration and identification of aircraft, the registration of mortgages and the related forced sale, while the fourth draft decree modifies and supplements the decree relating to the secretariat-registry body within the financial courts.
The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher positions in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
At the end of the work of this Council, the government will hold a special meeting devoted to the examination of certain proposed laws, the press release concludes.
