The club is involved in a charity initiative
Over 10,000 tickets were bought by the fans of “Botev” (Pd) for the home match with “Maribor” in the Europa League tournament. The match is on July 11 at 9 p.m. at the “Canaries” stadium in Plovdiv. This was reported by the club management. It is expected that all 18,800 tickets will be sold for the big match and the “yellow and black” will host the opponent in front of full stands. Canaries fans also bought more than 2,500 season tickets for the new season.
The “Hristo Botev” club stadium is fully ready to host the match with “Maribor”.
The “Yellow-Black” club is participating in a charity initiative for the purchase of a bronchoscope and a set for VATS procedures for the Children’s Surgery Clinic at the “St. George” UMBAL in Plovdiv. With them, they will introduce and develop modern thoracoscopic methods for treatment in childhood.
The management of “Botev”, the sports and technical staff and the players from the representative men’s team wanted to be the first to donate personal funds in support of the cause.
It has been decided that part of the revenue from the tickets sold for the upcoming concert of Goran Bregović, which will be held on September 11 at the Hristo Botev stadium, will be directed to raising funds for the purchase of the necessary equipment. The club calls on its fans and supporters to be included in the campaign.
