Maria Mena (38) has become a mother and she is very happy.

The pop star and her partner Morten Kleppa (37) had their first child.
She shares photos (swipe for more) of the newborn on Instagram.
«Hello everyone, on the evening of Sunday 30 June 2024 at 19:25 it came to us at the end of the day after the due date. Matteo Mena-Kleppa. 3935 grams and 52 cm long», she writes.
«Although he was on time, he was in no rush at all».
Mena says that the contractions started on Friday afternoon, and she puts in the dust all the women who choose to give birth more than once.
«Because this is not for the faint of heart!»
She adds:
«But the clichés are true; the pain and the hours are forgotten and mean nothing now. Because look at our boy!! It’s so beautiful And our hearts have grown bigger than we thought it could be».
And:

Mena thanks everyone for the birth and motherhood at Bærum Hospital.
She also has a small plea for the media.

Maria Mena revealed the pregnancy news in January – one month after she and Kleppa got engaged.
And already in early February, she confided to her followers on Instagram that she was carrying a little boy in her belly. She was also open about the fact that her due date was right at the end of June.
«I can feel all their love. good followers Know that», Mena wrote on InstaStory on July 3.
Then she had first joked that she was wondering why extra people were checking out her stories right now.
– I felt beautiful
«It was fun and liberating to dress up a little “different body” than the one I’m used to”, wrote Mena on Instagram on May 12 – two days after speaking out about her “maternity style” on MinMote.
«I always thought pregnancy would start my eating disorder, and then it did the opposite! It made me see myself in a whole new way. I even felt very beautiful at times!!»
Mena wrote at the same time that she hopes to be able to continue being as generous with herself and her own appearance after the birth.
«At least that is the goal».
Great trip
As early as November, the 38-year-old embarks on an extensive tour of Norway. On January 23, several other countries in Europe will take turns.
Mena and Kleppa became a couple in 2020 and quickly moved in together in Oslo. He is originally from Sandnes.
Mena previously spoke out in VG about how he came into her life during a period when she lost faith in love.
Last summer, Mena said she stopped drinking alcohol. In April this year, she marked one year since she stopped drinking.
«Pregnant or not, I decided a year ago that I was done. I was done with the hangover», she wrote on Instagram.
