Grigor Dimitrov failed to win even one set in his Wimbledon Round of 16 match.
The best Bulgarian tennis player of all time took a 3:0 lead against the former #1 in the world Danil Medvedev (Russia), but in one of the games he slipped and apparently suffered an injury. Dimitrov called a doctor and left the court for a medical break. At 3:5, however, after the first attempt to serve, he was forced to give up with an obvious strain.
