Lando Norris was fastest in both practice sessions for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. McLaren’s good form seems clear, but Norris suggested that Mercedes drivers Lewis Hamilton and George Russell may have put their foot down during practice on Friday.
Although Norris finished FP2 with a best time of 1:26.549s, 0.643s faster than Hamilton and another tenth ahead of Russell, #4 believes the Mercedes cars are just as quick and have not shown their true potential. rhythm
